MIGHTY NORTH FORK TRIATHLON
SWIM: 500 Meters
BIKE: 7 Miles
RUN: 3.5 Miles
While this is a great event for everyone, it is a particularly great race for first-time triathletes. It is a beautiful course that is most-welcoming with a calm bay swim then a mostly flat, scenic bike course and an equally scenic run. Held in the heart of Long Island’s wine region, this event has something for athletes and spectators alike.
Hey, Racers! GREAT NEWS!
Since the pandemic has made it difficult for many of us to train for the swim leg of the race, we’re offering the option to race without the swim this year. You can now sign up for bike/run only. So c’mon, DIG in! Be MIGHTY on the Bike and Run!
Note to racers:
We will be collecting donations for Community Action Southold Town, Inc. (CAST). CAST has been serving low-income individuals and families on the North Fork of Long Island since 1965).We invite you to bring non-perishable and personal care items for donation to CAST. Items will be collected at packet pick-up location(s) and on race day. All donations are appreciated!
Please note: New for 2021, registration fees are all-inclusive so no fees will be tacked on upon registration.

RunSignUp has the ability to search for your photos by Bib# or Name. Try it, it’s easy.
The photos can also be found by going to your results page on RSU, and clicking on the small photo icon under your name. The bib# tagging is done automatically by google software and is not always perfect. It is being worked on by RSU, to make it better.
You can also manually add missing bib#’s yourself, so don’t hesitate to help when the software missed it!
Online registration closes at noon on Thursday, May 27, 2021.

Extra body marking will take place right before the race, at the body marking flag!
Please have your bib# placed on:
1-both shoulders, & both leg side calves (both left and right sides)
2-on the front of your bike helmet
3-on your bike front tube closest to the handle bars, for easy side viewing
4-and on the front of your chest or abdomen, not on your back!
